| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, it is fitting that we should specially recognize those outstanding teachers |

| 17 | 17 | | who have devoted their careers to providing the highest-quality education for Tennessee's |

| 18 | 18 | | students; and |

| 19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, Kimberly McPeak is one such estimable educator, who has distinguished |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | herself as a professional of the greatest dedication, ability, and integrity; and |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | WHEREAS, Ms. McPeak has been named the 2024–2025 Teacher of the Year at Stoner |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | Creek Elementary School, a most befitting honor that recognizes the positive influence she has |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | on so many young lives; and |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | WHEREAS, an educator for twenty-five years, Kimberly McPeak serves as a first-grade |

| 25 | 25 | | and third-grade teacher, as well as a K-5 reading and math interventionist, at Stoner Creek |

| 26 | 26 | | Elementary; she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master of |
|---|
| 27 | 27 | | Education degree in Literacy; and |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | WHEREAS, Ms. McPeak serves as an inspiration to her colleagues and students alike, |

| 29 | 29 | | and her friendship and counsel are highly valued by those who are fortunate to know her; and |

| 30 | 30 | | WHEREAS, Kimberly McPeak truly epitomizes the dedicated teacher who is wholly |

| 31 | 31 | | committed to the highest ideals of public service and quality education for all, and she should be |
