| 20 | 20 | | WHEREAS, Chara Rand is one such estimable administrator, who has distinguished |

| 21 | 21 | | herself as a professional of the greatest dedication, ability, and integrity; and |

| 22 | 22 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Rand has been selected as the 2024–2025 Metro Nashville Public |

| 23 | 23 | | Schools Principal of the Year and Middle School Principal of the Year, most befitting honors that |

| 25 | 25 | | WHEREAS, under Chara Rand's leadership as principal, Isaac Litton Middle School has |
