| 14 | 14 | | WHEREAS, it is our privilege to recognize those esteemed individuals who have |

| 15 | 15 | | devoted their careers to the entertainment industry, thus gaining acclaim and renown while |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | making an indelible mark on our shared culture; and |

| 17 | 17 | | WHEREAS, one such individual is Joseph Sikora, a ubiquitous entertainer whose |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | performances can be found across television, feature films, and animation; and |

| 19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Sikora hails from Chicago, Illinois; after graduating from Notre Dame |

| 20 | 20 | | College Prep in 1994, he studied acting at The Theatre School at DePaul University, ultimately |

| 21 | 21 | | graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Acting from Columbia College Chicago in |

| 23 | 23 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Sikora is best known for his starring role as Tommy Egan in the Starz |
