| 17 | 17 | | WHEREAS, it is fitting that the members of this legislative body should salute those |

| 18 | 18 | | citizens who, through their extraordinary efforts, have distinguished themselves as community |

| 19 | 19 | | leaders of whom we can all be proud; and |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | WHEREAS, one such estimable person is Courtney Bingham, who has distinguished |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | herself as a professional of the greatest dedication, ability, and integrity; and |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Bingham was recently named a 2025 Sterling Award winner by the |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | Jackson Area Business and Professional Women and duly recognized as one of twenty Most |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | Influential Women in West Tennessee; and |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Bingham currently serves as a systems operations analyst at Jackson |

| 26 | 26 | | Energy Authority (JEA), in which position she has earned the respect and admiration of her |
|---|
| 27 | 27 | | colleagues and community alike for the superior quality of her work; and |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | WHEREAS, in addition to her current position at JEA, Ms. Bingham excels as an |
|---|
| 29 | 29 | | entrepreneur and the owner of Mimi's Boutique; and |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | WHEREAS, Courtney Bingham is a well-respected member of her community and her |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | profession, and she epitomizes the spirit and commitment that are characteristic of a true |

| 33 | 33 | | WHEREAS, we find it appropriate to acknowledge and applaud Ms. Bingham for her |
