| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, we take great pleasure in recognizing a group of students that exhibited |

| 17 | 17 | | diligence, perseverance, and teamwork while earning laurels as state champion and will now |

| 18 | 18 | | advance to national academic decathlon competition; and |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, Fayette-Ware Comprehensive High School has earned the prestigious title |

| 20 | 20 | | of state champion in the USA Academic Decathlon, achieving an impressive total score of |

| 21 | 21 | | 26,066.29; and |

| 22 | 22 | | WHEREAS, this dynamic victory secures the team an automatic qualification for the in- |

| 23 | 23 | | person national competition, which will take place May 1-3, 2025; and |

| 24 | 24 | | WHEREAS, Fayette-Ware entered the state competition with two competing teams, both |

| 25 | 25 | | of them demonstrating outstanding academic prowess; and |

| 26 | 26 | | WHEREAS, Fayette-Ware Team No. 1 led the way with the championship-winning |

| 27 | 27 | | 26,066.29 score, guaranteeing the team's spot at the national competition; and |

| 28 | 28 | | WHEREAS, Fayette-Ware Team No. 2 also put forth a remarkable effort, earning a |
