| 13 | 13 | assessor-collector for each county in which a railroad operates: | |
| 14 | 14 | (1) the county's apportioned amount of the market | |
| 15 | 15 | value of each owner's rolling stock; and | |
| 16 | 16 | (2) the name and business address of each owner. | |
| 17 | 17 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect January 1, 2010. | |
