O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB2214 by Farrar (Relating to requiring instruction on the use of traffic circles.), As Introduced    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would require the Commissioner of Education to ensure that information regarding the proper use of traffic circles be included in the curriculum of all driver education courses and would require the Department of Public Safety to include information regarding the proper use of traffic circles in driver's handbooks published after the supply of handbooks available as of September 1, 2009 is exhausted.  No significant fiscal impact is anticipated associated with the provisions of the bill. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
