 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
 AN ACT
 relating to reporting certain information on the Internet relating
 to cases heard by administrative law judges employed by the State
 Office of Administrative Hearings.
 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
 SECTION 1. Subchapter C, Chapter 2003, Government Code, is
 amended by adding Section 2003.058 to read as follows:
 Sec. 2003.058.  INTERNET REPORT. (a) The office shall post
 on the office's Internet website at least once each quarter a report
 on the total number of cases heard by each administrative law judge
 employed by the office during the previous quarter.
 (b)  A report must be posted not later than the 30th day after
 the last day of the quarter and must include:
 (1) the name of each administrative law judge;
 (2)  the number of cases heard by the administrative
 law judge during the quarter;
 (3)  the municipality, county, or region in which the
 hearing was conducted or the final ruling was made;
 (4) the category the office assigned to each case;
 (5)  the number of cases in which the administrative
 law judge's decision was favorable to the state; and
 (6)  the number of cases in which the administrative
 law judge's decision in favor of the state was appealed to the
 courts and upheld by the reviewing court.
 (c)  Each administrative law judge employed by the office
 shall provide the information required under this section to the
 office not later than the 10th day after the last day of each
 quarter.
 SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2009.
