This bill would require the Commissioner of Education to adopt rules establishing the amount of anaphylaxis medicine maintained at a school campus.  The Texas Education Agency estimates that this cost would be absorbed within existing resources. Local Government Impact Costs for school districts, in implementing the bills requirement to maintain a supply of anaphylaxis medicine at each campus with a school nurse, could vary but are not expected to be significant on a statewide basis.
