| 11 | 11 | (d) The commissioner may award grants to a school | |
| 12 | 12 | district for the purposes of this section. A grant awarded under | |
| 13 | 13 | this section may be funded using any available federal or state | |
| 14 | 14 | funds. The commissioner may require that grants be matched using | |
| 15 | 15 | local funds, including donations. | |
| 16 | 16 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, | |
| 17 | 17 | 2009. |
