| 11 | 11 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding Section 11, Chapter 856, Acts of | |
| 12 | 12 | the 77th Legislature, Regular Session, 2001, the change in law made | |
| 13 | 13 | by Section 7 of that Act to Section 508.283, Government Code, | |
| 14 | 14 | applies to the calculation of the remaining sentence for an inmate | |
| 15 | 15 | whose release on parole, mandatory supervision, or conditional | |
| 16 | 16 | pardon is revoked regardless of whether the revocation occurred | |
| 17 | 17 | before, on, or after September 1, 2001. | |
| 18 | 18 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2010. |
