5	5	WHEREAS, Family and friends are mourning the death of Hubert
6	6	H. Wiley of Clarksville, who passed away on April 12, 2009, at the
7	7	age of 77; and
8	8	WHEREAS, Born in Fort Worth on October 10, 1931, Hubert Wiley
9	9	was the son of Melvin and Syble Hamilton Wiley; he earned his living
10	10	in the ranching business until his retirement; and
11	11	WHEREAS, Mr. Wiley wed the former Sue Bruner in 1984, and the
12	12	couple enjoyed a rewarding marriage that extended for more than two
13	13	decades; he enjoyed the love and support of a large family that
14	14	included 3 sons, Roger, Ronnie, and Don, and 4 daughters, Sandra,
15	15	Sharon, Jeannie, and Arnita, as well as 9 grandchildren and 11
16	16	great-grandchildren; and
17	17	WHEREAS, Hubert Wiley led a full and purposeful life, and he
18	18	will always be remembered with great admiration and affection by
19	19	all those who had the good fortune to know him; now, therefore, be
20	20	it
21	21	RESOLVED, That the 81st Legislature of the State of Texas
22	22	hereby pay tribute to the memory of Hubert H. Wiley and extend
23	23	sincere sympathy to the members of his family: to his wife, Sue
24	24	Bruner Wiley; to his children, Roger Wiley and his wife, Debra,
25	25	Ronnie Wiley and his wife, Pattie, Don Duffee and his wife, Cindy,
26	26	Sandra Joyner and her husband, Burt, Sharon Chance and her husband,
27	27	Don, Jeannie McGuire and her husband, John, and Arnita Cavender and
28	28	her husband, Ricki; to his grandchildren and great-grandchildren;
29	29	to his siblings, Evelyn Broumley and her husband, Scotty, and
30	30	Melvin Wiley, Jr., and his wife, Patsy; and to his other relatives
31	31	and friends; and, be it further
32	32	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
33	33	prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of
34	34	Representatives and Senate adjourn this day, they do so in memory of
35	35	Hubert Wiley.
