| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Friends and family are mourning the loss of David |

| 6 | 6 | | Charles Buster of Caviness, who passed away on May 21, 2009, at the |
|---|
| 7 | 7 | | age of 78; and |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Born in Caviness on April 6, 1931, to C. W. and Ella |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | Buster, David Buster graduated from Central High School; he married |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | the former Janie Stanley in 1949, and the couple raised four |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | children and enjoyed 57 years together before Mrs. Buster's death |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | in 2007; fortunate enough to find love a second time, he was |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | subsequently joined in matrimony to Martha Dennis; and |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Buster owned and operated his family's trucking |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | business and also worked as a rancher and a road contractor; and |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Although he will be deeply missed, David Buster |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | leaves his loved ones with countless fond memories of the happy |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | times they spent in his company; now, therefore, be it |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | RESOLVED, That the 81st Legislature of the State of Texas |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | hereby pay tribute to the life of David Charles Buster and extend |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | sincere sympathy to the members of his family: to his wife, Martha |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | Dennis; to his children, Peggy Robinson, Patti Buster, Mark Buster, |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | and Judy Daughtrey and her husband, Sonny; to his grandchildren, |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | Davy Bivens and his wife, Laura, Wesley Buster, Judd Bivens and his |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | wife, Shelly, Cody Sanders and his wife, Jana, Josh Bivens and his |
