| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, House Bill No. 3613 has been adopted by the senate |

| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be |

| 9 | 9 | | corrected; now, therefore, be it |

| 10 | 10 | | RESOLVED by the 81st Legislature of the State of Texas, That |

| 11 | 11 | | the enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed |

| 12 | 12 | | to correct House Bill No. 3613 in Subsection (g) of the SECTION of |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | the bill adding Section 11.131, Tax Code, by striking "(g) This |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | section takes effect immediately" and substituting "(g) |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, this section takes |

| 16 | 16 | | effect immediately". |
