| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Friends and family are mourning the loss of Mary |

| 6 | 6 | | Doris Cammack Hall of Beaumont, who passed away on March 22, 2009, |
|---|
| 7 | 7 | | at the age of 84; and |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, A Beaumont native, Mary Doris Hall lived there for |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | much of her life; from 1955 to 1996, she made her home in Houston, |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | where she worked in the purchasing department of Conoco for 28 |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | years; and |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | WHEREAS, Mrs. Hall was a longtime member of Concerned Women |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | for America; she was very involved in Republican women's activities |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | and served as an election judge in Harris and Jefferson Counties; |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | and |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Mary Doris Hall lived a caring and purposeful life, |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | and though she will be deeply missed, she leaves her loved ones with |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | many fond memories of happy times spent in her company; now, |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | therefore, be it |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Mary Doris Cammack |

| 22 | 22 | | Hall and extend sincere sympathy to the members of her family: to |

| 23 | 23 | | her son, Harold David Hall; to her granddaughter, Kathryn Ann Hall; |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | to her siblings, Wilma Collins, Lucretia Campbell and her husband, |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | Gene, Audrey Tindall, and Eugene Cammack and his wife, Naomi; and to |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | her other relatives and friends; and, be it further |

| 27 | 27 | | RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
