| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Grace Stafford is celebrating a significant |

| 7 | 7 | | Southwestern University with a bachelor's degree in sociology; and |

| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Born on May 21, 1987, in Columbus, Georgia, Ms. |

| 9 | 9 | | Stafford graduated from W. B. Ray High School in Corpus Christi in |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 2005; in addition to her college studies, she has also |

| 11 | 11 | | distinguished herself as a legislative intern in the office of |

| 12 | 12 | | State Representative Diana Maldonado; in that capacity, she |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | demonstrated her ability to work effectively and efficiently in a |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | demanding office environment; respected by her employer and |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | colleagues, she was entrusted with many diverse responsibilities |

| 16 | 16 | | and became a valued member of the staff; and |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | WHEREAS, The daughter of proud parents Dr. Wesley Stafford |

| 18 | 18 | | and Dr. Jane Stafford, Grace Stafford is an outstanding young Texan |

| 19 | 19 | | whose intelligence, commitment, and diligence will surely continue |

| 20 | 20 | | to serve her well throughout the coming years, and it is a pleasure |

| 21 | 21 | | to recognize her as she prepares to embark on an exciting new |
