| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Jimmie Joe and Gloria Helleson of Waco celebrated |

| 6 | 6 | | their 50th wedding anniversary on December 6, 2008, and they may |

| 7 | 7 | | indeed reflect with joy on the rewarding relationship they have |

| 8 | 8 | | shared; and |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Jimmie Joe Helleson and the former Gloria Prause |

| 10 | 10 | | exchanged the vows of matrimony at First Baptist Church of China |

| 11 | 11 | | Spring in 1958, and over the course of their marriage, they have |

| 12 | 12 | | found in each other a loving life partner; and |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Helleson count among their blessings a |

| 14 | 14 | | fine family that includes two children, Dewayne Helleson and his |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | wife, Kelley, and Jana Cotton and her husband, the Reverend Wayne |

| 16 | 16 | | Cotton, as well as five grandchildren, with whom they share the many |

| 17 | 17 | | special occasions of life; and |

| 18 | 18 | | WHEREAS, For half a century, Jimmie Joe and Gloria Helleson |

| 19 | 19 | | have brought to their marriage laughter, kindness, and devotion, |

| 20 | 20 | | and it is a pleasure to honor them for their enduring commitment; |
