| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Kingdom Builders Bible Seminary of Houston is |

| 6 | 6 | | holding its 2009 graduation ceremony on May 24, 2009; and |

| 7 | 7 | | WHEREAS, Founded by Dr. Patricia Hebert Anderson, who serves |

| 8 | 8 | | the institution as chancellor, Kingdom Builders Bible Seminary |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | strives to provide a solid foundation in religious education for |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | men and women of faith; and |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | WHEREAS, This year's graduates include Ministers Calvin |

| 12 | 12 | | Williamms, Keith Cook, and Jarmaine Bingham and Pastors Winston |

| 13 | 13 | | Spencer and Aidsand Miles, Sr., all of whom have earned bachelor's |

| 14 | 14 | | degrees in theology; earning master's degrees in ministry are |

| 15 | 15 | | Minister Michael David Anderson, Sr., Barbara Edmonds, and Joycelyn |

| 16 | 16 | | P. Russell, while Elder Victor Ervin Anderson, Evangelist Miriam |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | Deborah Celestine, and Pastor Gregory Williams have earned doctor |

| 18 | 18 | | of divinity degrees; and |

| 19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, All of these students have demonstrated notable |

| 20 | 20 | | dedication to achieving their educational goals, and the |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | instruction and guidance they received at Kingdom Builders Bible |

| 22 | 22 | | Seminary will benefit them for years to come; now, therefore, be it |

| 23 | 23 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas |

| 24 | 24 | | Legislature hereby congratulate these notable Texans on their |
