H.R. No. 2016
R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Kingdom Builders Bible Seminary of Houston is
holding its 2009 graduation ceremony on May 24, 2009; and
WHEREAS, Founded by Dr. Patricia Hebert Anderson, who serves
the institution as chancellor, Kingdom Builders Bible Seminary
strives to provide a solid foundation in religious education for
men and women of faith; and
WHEREAS, This year's graduates include Ministers Calvin
Williamms, Keith Cook, and Jarmaine Bingham and Pastors Winston
Spencer and Aidsand Miles, Sr., all of whom have earned bachelor's
degrees in theology; earning master's degrees in ministry are
Minister Michael David Anderson, Sr., Barbara Edmonds, and Joycelyn
P. Russell, while Elder Victor Ervin Anderson, Evangelist Miriam
Deborah Celestine, and Pastor Gregory Williams have earned doctor
of divinity degrees; and
WHEREAS, All of these students have demonstrated notable
dedication to achieving their educational goals, and the
instruction and guidance they received at Kingdom Builders Bible
Seminary will benefit them for years to come; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas
Legislature hereby congratulate these notable Texans on their
graduation from Kingdom Builders Bible Seminary and extend to them
sincere best wishes for great fulfillment in serving their
communities of faith; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for the graduates as an expression of high regard by the
Texas House of Representatives.
