| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Marge and Jesse Blair of El Paso celebrated their |

| 6 | 6 | | 60th wedding anniversary on April 30, 2009, and they may indeed |

| 7 | 7 | | reflect with joy on the rewarding relationship they have shared; |

|---|
| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Blair exchanged the vows of matrimony |

| 10 | 10 | | in Camden, New Jersey, in 1949, and over the course of their |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | marriage, they have found in each other a loving life partner; and |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | WHEREAS, This devoted couple count among their blessings a |

| 13 | 13 | | fine family that includes 7 children, Mark, Eileen, Paul, Stephen, |

| 14 | 14 | | Linda, Joan, and David, as well as 17 grandchildren and 6 |

| 15 | 15 | | great-grandchildren, with whom they share the many special |

| 16 | 16 | | occasions of life; and |

| 17 | 17 | | WHEREAS, For six decades, Marge and Jesse Blair have brought |

| 18 | 18 | | to their marriage laughter, kindness, and devotion, and it is a |

| 19 | 19 | | pleasure to honor them for their enduring commitment; now, |
