| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Ella Rachel Drai of Houston is being baptized at |

| 6 | 6 | | Holy Spirit Catholic Church in San Antonio on May 24, 2009, and this |

| 7 | 7 | | occasion is indeed worthy of special recognition; and |

| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, This beautiful baby girl was born to Jennifer |

| 9 | 9 | | Evangelina Caballero and Jean Michele Drai at Memorial Hermann |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | Northwest Hospital in Houston on December 12, 2008; she weighed 8 |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | pounds, 12 ounces, at birth and measured 20 inches long; and |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | WHEREAS, The arrival of Ella Rachel has brought great joy to |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | her parents, her grandparents, Sandra Howell Caballero and Claude |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | and Claudi Drai, her godparents, Sandra Elsa Caballero de Balido |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | and Sir Nelson H. Balido, Knight of Malta, and the other members and |

| 16 | 16 | | many friends of her family; Ella Rachel is also the granddaughter of |

| 17 | 17 | | the late Arquimedes Caballero; and |

| 18 | 18 | | WHEREAS, Performing the rite of baptism for Ella Rachel is |

| 19 | 19 | | the pastor of Holy Spirit Catholic Church, Father Carlos Velazquez; |

| 21 | 21 | | WHEREAS, A baptism is a joyous event and the first step in a |

| 22 | 22 | | lifelong journey as a member of the Catholic Church, and it is a |

| 23 | 23 | | pleasure to acknowledge this special day in the life of the Drai |
