| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Sharing a deep bond of love that has spanned nearly |

| 6 | 6 | | half a century, Jack and Rita Boozer of Woodway celebrated their |

| 7 | 7 | | 45th wedding anniversary on June 30, 2007; and |

| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Boozer exchanged the vows of matrimony |

| 9 | 9 | | at the First Methodist Church in Abilene on that special day in |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 1962, and over the course of their marriage, they have found in each |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | other a devoted life partner; and |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Boozer count among their blessings a |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | fine family that includes two children and four grandchildren, with |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | whom they treasure sharing the many special occasions of life; the |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | couple retired after 25 years in the jewelry business from Boozer |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | Jewelers; and |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | WHEREAS, Looking back over the past decades, Jack and Rita |

| 18 | 18 | | Boozer can savor a wealth of cherished family memories and know that |

| 19 | 19 | | the strength of their love and commitment ensures that many more |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | joyful times await them; now, therefore, be it |

| 21 | 21 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas |

| 22 | 22 | | Legislature hereby congratulate Jack and Rita Boozer on their 45th |

| 23 | 23 | | wedding anniversary and extend to them sincere best wishes for |
