 R E S O L U T I O N
 WHEREAS, An inspiring couple whose lives have been enhanced
 by a great and enduring love, James and Elleen Frazier of Hewitt
 celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on June 15, 2007; and
 WHEREAS, James Frazier and the former Elleen Veselka were
 united in matrimony at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Bellmead in
 1957; through the years, they have nurtured a fulfilling marriage
 that has been made even richer with the addition of their children,
 Mark Frazier and his wife, Suzanne, and Laura Black, and four
 grandchildren, Matthew, Sarah, Emily, and Liam; the couple are
 active members of St. Louis Catholic Church; and
 WHEREAS, Mr. Frazier served in the U.S. Army during the
 Korean War and worked with General Tire and Colorite Plastics
 before retiring and taking his current position with Allergan; Mrs.
 Frazier is a homemaker, having worked previously at the Better
 Business Bureau, Baylor University Employees' Credit Union, and
 City of Waco Employees' Credit Union; and
 WHEREAS, While much has changed in the world over the past
 half-century, this devoted husband and wife have remained constant
 in their commitment to one another, and the strength of their love
 has enabled them to meet life's challenges and opportunities with
 grace and optimism; now, therefore, be it
 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas
 Legislature hereby congratulate James and Elleen Frazier on the
 occasion of their 50th wedding anniversary and extend to them
 sincere best wishes for continued happiness; and, be it further
 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
 prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Frazier as an expression of high regard by
 the Texas House of Representatives.
