| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Kenneth and Nelda Weldon of Waco celebrated their |

| 6 | 6 | | 50th wedding anniversary on May 31, 2007, and they may indeed |

| 7 | 7 | | reflect with joy on the rewarding relationship they have shared; |

| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Ken Weldon and the former Nelda Roberts exchanged |

| 10 | 10 | | the vows of matrimony at the First Baptist Church of Friendswood in |

| 11 | 11 | | 1957, and over the course of their marriage, they have found in one |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | another a loving life partner; Mr. Weldon is retired from AT&T and |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | Mrs. Weldon from Midway ISD; and |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Weldon count among their blessings a |

| 15 | 15 | | fine family that includes three children, Wyndell Weldon and his |

| 16 | 16 | | wife, Yonie, Jan Roberts and her husband, Tim, and Brent Weldon and |

| 17 | 17 | | his wife, Lena, and six grandchildren, Hannah Beth, Chloe, Ginger, |

| 18 | 18 | | Graham, Gideon, and Grace, with whom they share the many special |

| 19 | 19 | | occasions of life; and |

| 20 | 20 | | WHEREAS, For half a century, Kenneth and Nelda Weldon have |

| 21 | 21 | | brought to their marriage laughter, kindness, and devotion, and it |
