| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Sharing a deep bond of love that has spanned half a |

| 6 | 6 | | century, Edgar and Ida Bulloch of El Paso celebrated their 50th |

| 7 | 7 | | wedding anniversary on April 25, 2009; and |

| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Bulloch exchanged the vows of matrimony |

| 9 | 9 | | on that day in 1959, and over the course of their marriage, they |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | have found in each other a devoted life partner; they count among |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | their blessings a fine family, with whom they treasure sharing the |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | many special occasions of life; and |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, Looking back over the past five decades, Edgar and |

| 14 | 14 | | Ida Bulloch can savor a wealth of cherished family memories and know |

| 15 | 15 | | that the strength of their love and commitment ensures that many |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | more joyful times await them; now, therefore, be it |

| 17 | 17 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas |

| 18 | 18 | | Legislature hereby congratulate Edgar and Ida Bulloch on their |
