| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Sharing a deep bond of love that has spanned half a |

| 6 | 6 | | century, Francisco and Velia Morga of El Paso celebrated their 50th |

| 7 | 7 | | wedding anniversary on April 19, 2009; and |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Francisco J. Morga and the former Velia Quinonez |

| 9 | 9 | | exchanged the vows of matrimony on that day in 1959, and over the |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | course of their marriage, they have found in each other a devoted |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | life partner; and |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Morga count among their blessings a |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | fine family that includes four children and six grandchildren, with |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | whom they treasure sharing the many special occasions of life; and |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | WHEREAS, Looking back over the past five decades, Francisco |

| 16 | 16 | | and Velia Morga can savor a wealth of cherished family memories and |

| 17 | 17 | | know that the strength of their love and commitment ensures that |

| 18 | 18 | | many more joyful times await them; now, therefore, be it |

| 19 | 19 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas |
