5	5	WHEREAS, The Texas House of Representatives is proud to
6	6	recognize Emily Blair Watler for her exemplary work as an intern in
7	7	the office of State Representative Carol Kent; and
8	8	WHEREAS, As an intern, Ms. Watler has gained firsthand
9	9	knowledge of the governmental process and work experience in a
10	10	political environment, as well as insight into the issues facing
11	11	our communities and our state today; and
12	12	WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Blair Watler exhibited an
13	13	unsurpassed level of dedication, enthusiasm, and care to every
14	14	task, from studying legislation to meeting with constituents to
15	15	maintaining needed necessities for the proper functioning of the
16	16	office, and she is indeed deserving of special recognition for her
17	17	notable efforts; and
18	18	WHEREAS, Ms. Watler has made invaluable contributions to the
19	19	State of Texas; now, therefore, be it
20	20	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas
21	21	Legislature hereby commend Blair Watler for her service and extend
22	22	to her sincere best wishes for the future; and, be it further
23	23	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
24	24	prepared for Ms. Watler as an expression of high regard by the Texas
25	25	House of Representatives.
