| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, During the 81st Legislature, Zachary D. Almandoz has |

| 6 | 6 | | ably served his fellow Texans as an intern in the office of State |

| 7 | 7 | | Representative Charlie Howard; and |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Almandoz spent his early education at the |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | International School of Bontang, Indonesia, and is a graduate of |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | Cypress Creek High School in Houston, where he played varsity golf |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | on the 2004 district championship team; he has attended Tyler |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | Junior College and the University of Houston, and he now studies |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | business administration and finance at Texas State University; and |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | WHEREAS, This noteworthy Texan has contributed to the |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | workings of state government firsthand; in addition to learning |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | more about the legislative process and the issues facing citizens |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | of the Lone Star State, he has gained valuable work experience in |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | the field of public service; and |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Almandoz has performed his duties as a |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | legislative intern with skill and dedication, and he is indeed |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now, therefore, |

| 23 | 23 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas |

| 24 | 24 | | Legislature hereby commend Zachary D. Almandoz for his service as a |
