| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Joseph "Sib" Abraham, Jr., was named Outstanding |

| 6 | 6 | | Senior Lawyer at the Law Day Dinner and Awards Presentation hosted |

| 7 | 7 | | by the El Paso Bar Association on May 9, 2009; and |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, An attorney in private practice, Mr. Abraham |

| 9 | 9 | | practices in the areas of administrative hearings, auto accidents, |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | civil tax litigation, criminal appeals, and criminal tax |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | litigation; and |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | WHEREAS, The Law Day Dinner provides an opportunity for |

| 13 | 13 | | members of the El Paso Bar Association to honor lawyers and others |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | for their professional achievements, service to the legal |

| 15 | 15 | | profession, and contributions to their community, and Mr. Abraham |

| 16 | 16 | | is a most deserving recipient of this impressive accolade; and |

| 17 | 17 | | WHEREAS, Through his dedicated efforts, Sib Abraham has |

| 18 | 18 | | garnered the respect and admiration of his colleagues, and he may |

| 19 | 19 | | take justifiable pride in his accomplishments; now, therefore, be |
