| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Individuals born under the sign of Aquarius are well |

| 6 | 6 | | known for their strong and attractive personalities; and |

| 7 | 7 | | WHEREAS, Aquarians are commonly thought to be friendly and |

| 8 | 8 | | caring, honest and loyal, original and inventive, and independent |
|---|

| 10 | 10 | | WHEREAS, At this time, we pause to honor Aquarians April |

| 11 | 11 | | Castro, Elise Hu, and John Moritz, three members of the house press |

| 12 | 12 | | corps who are celebrating their birthdays on this day, February 17, |

| 13 | 13 | | 2009; these accomplished Texans share their birthday with such |

| 14 | 14 | | noted celebrities as Michael Jordan, Jim Brown, and Paris Hilton, |

| 15 | 15 | | and our birthday honorees hold an equally prominent place in the |

| 16 | 16 | | lives of their family and friends; and |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Castro, Ms. Hu, and Mr. Moritz have chosen to |

| 18 | 18 | | spend their collective birthday chasing the latest news in the |

| 19 | 19 | | State Capitol, and it is indeed a pleasure to wish them well on this |
