H.R. No. 489
R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Individuals born under the sign of Aquarius are well
known for their strong and attractive personalities; and
WHEREAS, Aquarians are commonly thought to be friendly and
caring, honest and loyal, original and inventive, and independent
and intellectual; and
WHEREAS, At this time, we pause to honor Aquarians April
Castro, Elise Hu, and John Moritz, three members of the house press
corps who are celebrating their birthdays on this day, February 17,
2009; these accomplished Texans share their birthday with such
noted celebrities as Michael Jordan, Jim Brown, and Paris Hilton,
and our birthday honorees hold an equally prominent place in the
lives of their family and friends; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Castro, Ms. Hu, and Mr. Moritz have chosen to
spend their collective birthday chasing the latest news in the
State Capitol, and it is indeed a pleasure to wish them well on this
special day; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas
Legislature hereby congratulate April Castro, Elise Hu, and John
Moritz on the memorable occasion of their birthday and extend to
them sincere best wishes for continued success and happiness; and,
be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for the birthday honorees as an expression of high regard
by the Texas House of Representatives.
