5	5	WHEREAS, Analisa Richards of Helotes won the prize for the
6	6	grand champion goat at the 2009 Bexar County Junior Livestock Show;
7	7	and
8	8	WHEREAS, A senior at Sandra Day O'Connor High School, Ms.
9	9	Richards is a member of the O'Connor FFA organization and takes part
10	10	in FFA career and leadership development activities at her high
11	11	school; and
12	12	WHEREAS, In all of her endeavors, she enjoys the support and
13	13	encouragement of her parents, Teresa Herrera and Lyle Richards, and
14	14	her grandparents, Andy and Rosa Herrera and Walter and Betty
15	15	Richards; and
16	16	WHEREAS, Analisa Richards exercised commendable
17	17	determination and know-how in raising her prize-winning animal, and
18	18	she may wear her championship belt buckle with pride as a symbol of
19	19	her outstanding accomplishment; now, therefore, be it
20	20	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas
21	21	Legislature hereby congratulate Analisa Richards for winning the
22	22	prize for the grand champion goat at the 2009 Bexar County Junior
23	23	Livestock Show and extend to her sincere best wishes for continued
24	24	success; and, be it further
25	25	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
26	26	prepared for Ms. Richards as an expression of high regard by the
27	27	Texas House of Representatives.
