| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, An inspiring couple whose lives have been enhanced |

| 6 | 6 | | by a great and enduring love, James and June Neatherlin celebrated |

| 7 | 7 | | their 50th wedding anniversary on February 7, 2009; and |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Dr. Neatherlin and the former June True were united |

| 9 | 9 | | in matrimony at St. Leo's Catholic Church in San Antonio in 1959; |

| 10 | 10 | | through the years, they have nurtured a fulfilling marriage that |

| 11 | 11 | | has been made even richer with the addition of six children, Jason, |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | Julia, Janice, Jean, John, and Jennifer, and 16 grandchildren, |

| 13 | 13 | | Lori, Jay, Shannon, Hugh, Cassie, Dereck, Jason, Matthew, Jennifer, |

| 14 | 14 | | Rick, Jessica, True, Wheatley, Kelsey, Gage, and Madison; and |

| 15 | 15 | | WHEREAS, Valued residents of Greenville since 1969, Dr. and |

| 16 | 16 | | Mrs. Neatherlin attend St. William Catholic Church; and |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | WHEREAS, While much has changed in the world over the past |

| 18 | 18 | | half-century, this devoted husband and wife have remained constant |

| 19 | 19 | | in their commitment to one another, and the strength of their love |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | has enabled them to meet life's challenges and opportunities with |

| 21 | 21 | | grace and optimism; now, therefore, be it |

| 22 | 22 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas |
