| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, In a demonstration of great skill and teamwork, the |

| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, The Trojans turned in a strong performance |

| 9 | 9 | | throughout the 2008-2009 season, recording only one loss in eight |

| 10 | 10 | | district games and finishing with an overall record of 19-13; this |

| 11 | 11 | | season's 32-1A triumph follows previous district championships in |

| 12 | 12 | | 1999, 2001, 2004, and 2005, marking the fifth such title for San |

| 13 | 13 | | Perlita in the last 10 years; and |

| 14 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Head coach Tom Wolfe provided able guidance to the |

| 15 | 15 | | San Perlita squad, who were propelled to the district crown by solid |

| 18 | 18 | | Rene Flores, Erein Barrera, Aaron Herrera, Johnathan Willis, and |

| 20 | 20 | | WHEREAS, Winning a district championship represents the |
