| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Paul Bailey is celebrating his birthday on March 17, |

| 6 | 6 | | 2009, and this memorable occasion is indeed worthy of special |

| 7 | 7 | | recognition; and |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, A self-employed financial planner, Mr. Bailey is an |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | active and valued member of the Tomball community; he has served his |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | fellow citizens as a precinct chair for the past three years, and he |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | further shares his time with others at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | Catholic Church, where he has led a men's Bible study group and the |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | high school youth group; and |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Bailey's free time is spent enjoying sports, |

| 15 | 15 | | especially baseball, singing, and playing the guitar; and |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, In all of his endeavors, he benefits from the loving |

| 17 | 17 | | support of his wife, Tara, with whom he has shared 23 years and had |

| 18 | 18 | | three beloved children, Tyler, Adrianne, and Brett; and |

| 19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, Known for his kindness and generosity, Paul Bailey |

| 20 | 20 | | has dedicated himself to the service of others, and his birthday |

| 21 | 21 | | provides a fitting opportunity to pay tribute to this esteemed |
