H.R. No. 840
R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Paul Bailey is celebrating his birthday on March 17,
2009, and this memorable occasion is indeed worthy of special
recognition; and
WHEREAS, A self-employed financial planner, Mr. Bailey is an
active and valued member of the Tomball community; he has served his
fellow citizens as a precinct chair for the past three years, and he
further shares his time with others at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton
Catholic Church, where he has led a men's Bible study group and the
high school youth group; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Bailey's free time is spent enjoying sports,
especially baseball, singing, and playing the guitar; and
WHEREAS, In all of his endeavors, he benefits from the loving
support of his wife, Tara, with whom he has shared 23 years and had
three beloved children, Tyler, Adrianne, and Brett; and
WHEREAS, Known for his kindness and generosity, Paul Bailey
has dedicated himself to the service of others, and his birthday
provides a fitting opportunity to pay tribute to this esteemed
Texan; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas
Legislature hereby warmly congratulate Paul Bailey on his birthday
and extend to him sincere best wishes for continued success and
happiness; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Mr. Bailey as an expression of high regard by the Texas
House of Representatives.
