| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Jackson, a senior guard from Philadelphia, |

| 10 | 10 | | Pennsylvania, was named to the all-conference first team; he is the |

| 11 | 11 | | all-time leading scorer both at UTEP and in Conference USA, being |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | one of only two players in the league's 14-year history to surpass |

| 13 | 13 | | 2,000 career points; he finished the 2008-2009 regular season as |

| 14 | 14 | | the second highest scoring player in the conference and the seventh |

| 15 | 15 | | most productive in the nation while also leading the country in free |
