S.C.R. No. 67
SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the 81st Legislature of the State of Texas,
That, from amounts appropriated to the Texas Legislative Council
for the state fiscal biennium ending August 31, 2011, the Texas
Legislative Council with the written approval of the lieutenant
governor and the speaker of the house of representatives may pay all
or part of the dues required for the membership of an officer of
this state to the Council of State Governments during any
membership period of that organization that occurs in whole or part
during that state fiscal biennium.
