4	4	SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
5	5	WHEREAS, House Bill No. 4445 has been adopted by the house of
6	6	representatives and the senate and is being prepared for
7	7	enrollment; and
8	8	WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be
9	9	corrected; now, therefore, be it
10	10	RESOLVED by the 81st Legislature of the State of Texas, That
11	11	the enrolling clerk of the house be instructed to make the following
12	12	corrections:
13	13	(1) In Subsection (a), SECTION 4 of the bill, strike
14	14	"December 1, 2009" and substitute "December 1, 2011".
15	15	(2) In Subsection (a), SECTION 4 of the bill, strike
16	16	"September 1, 2009" and substitute "September 1, 2011".
17	17	(3) In Subsection (b), SECTION 4 of the bill, strike
18	18	"September 1, 2009" and substitute "September 1, 2011".
19	19	(4) In Subsection (c), SECTION 4 of the bill, strike
20	20	"January 1, 2010" and substitute "January 1, 2012".
21	21	(5) In SECTION 5 of the bill, strike "September 1, 2009" and
22	22	substitute "September 1, 2011".
