| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, As President Obama begins his term, it is fitting |

| 11 | 11 | | RESOLVED, That the 81st Legislature of the State of Texas |

| 13 | 13 | | prepared commending President Barack H. Obama on his groundbreaking |

| 14 | 14 | | victory, offering him congratulations and best wishes for a |

|---|
