| 11 | 11 | Sec. 7-c. Revenue collected by a public entity from the use | |
| 12 | 12 | of a tolled highway project other than an international bridge in | |
| 13 | 13 | this state that is not dedicated to repayment of debt for the | |
| 14 | 14 | project may be used only for the acquisition, construction, | |
| 15 | 15 | operation, maintenance, or improvement of transportation projects. | |
| 16 | 16 | SECTION 2. This proposed constitutional amendment shall be | |
| 17 | 17 | submitted to the voters at an election to be held November 3, 2009. | |
| 18 | 18 | The ballot shall be printed to permit voting for or against the | |
| 19 | 19 | proposition: "The constitutional amendment requiring certain | |
| 20 | 20 | revenue collected by a public entity from the use of a tolled | |
| 21 | 21 | highway project in this state to be used only for transportation | |
| 22 | 22 | projects." |
