LEGISLATIVE BUDGET BOARD Austin, Texas FISCAL NOTE, 81ST LEGISLATIVE REGULAR SESSION March 31, 2009 TO: Honorable John Carona, Chair, Senate Committee on Transportation & Homeland Security FROM: John S. O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board IN RE:SJR9 by Carona (Proposing a constitutional amendment limiting the purposes for which revenue from taxes on motor fuels and lubricants may be used and authorizing the legislature to provide for automatic adjustments of the rates of motor fuels taxes.), As Introduced No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated, other than the cost of publication. The cost to the state for publication of the resolution is $90,882.
