 SENATE RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the State of Texas, 81st
Legislature, Regular Session, 2009, That Senate Rule 12.03 be
suspended in part as provided by Senate Rule 12.08 to enable the

determinations in certain counties to be heard by the State
Office of Administrative Hearings, to consider and take action on

to permit the committee to change and omit text which is not in
disagreement in SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 2003.902,
Government Code, by deleting Dallas County, which was included in
both the house and senate versions of the bill, from the counties
in which the pilot program created by the bill is to be

shall be implemented in Bexar, Cameron, El Paso, Harris, Tarrant,
and Travis Counties for a three-year period beginning with the ad
