44 Douley Ray Graham
55 WHEREAS, Family and friends were deeply saddened by the
66 loss of Douley Ray Graham of Gardendale, who died on February 4,
77 2009, at the age of 58; and
88 WHEREAS, Born in Manila, Arkansas, on August 20, 1950, to
99 Lloyd and Lorraine DeHart Edmiston, Mr. Graham was blessed with a
1010 large family and many friends whose affection greatly enhanced
1111 his life; and
1212 WHEREAS, Although he was taken far too soon, Douley Ray
1313 Graham will be forever remembered by all those whose lives he
1414 touched; now, therefore, be it
1515 RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 81st
1616 Legislature, hereby pay tribute to the life of Douley Ray Graham
1717 and extend sincere condolences to the members of his family: to
1818 his sons, Jimmy Ray Erwin, Kyle Graham and his wife, Brittany,
1919 and Joseph Phlugee; to his daughters, Karen Werldaucher, Rachel
2020 Edmiston, and Amanda Hill; to his brothers, Herbert Graham and
2121 his wife, Ginger, Phillip Graham and his wife, Elva, Terry Graham
2222 and his wife, Diane, Gary Graham and his wife, Virginia, and
2323 Charlie Graham and his wife, Diane; to his sisters, Sandra Gross,
2424 Kaye Bryant and her husband, Jack, and Fay Edmiston and her
2525 husband, Ike; to his 10 grandchildren; and to his other relatives
2626 and friends; and, be it further
2727 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this Resolution be
2828 prepared for his family and that when the Texas Senate adjourns
2929 this day, it do so in memory of Douley Ray Graham.
