| 3 | 3 | | recognize Fran Grillo of Brooklyn, New York, for her outstanding |

| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Fran and her family have supported the men and |

| 6 | 6 | | women serving overseas in a variety of ways through the years; |

| 8 | 8 | | holidays and birthdays to ensure that no soldier goes without |

| 10 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Fran opened her home to soldiers on leave, |

| 11 | 11 | | offering a place to stay and tours of New York City highlights; |

| 12 | 12 | | she showed exceptional kindness to the soldiers of Bravo Company, |

| 13 | 13 | | 615th Aviation Support Battalion, 1st Air Cavalry Brigade, 1st |

| 14 | 14 | | Cavalry Division, under the direction of Sergeant First Class |

| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, The support of citizens like Fran Grillo |

| 17 | 17 | | exemplifies the spirit of patriotism that infuses our nation in |
