Dutton Jr., Chair, House Committee on Urban Affairs      FROM: John S O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB1250 by Frullo (Relating to the use of facsimile signatures for certain documents involving certain municipalities.), As Introduced    No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Government Code to allow a facsimile signature to be used on a lien statement of expenses in a home-rule municipality with a population of at least 200,000. Under current statute, the population requirement is 1.9 million. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
