A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
Relating to the adoption of the Six Sigma method by state agencies
for the purpose of estimates and reports
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Section 322.007, Government Code, is amended by
adding Subsection (d) to read as follows: (d) Each estimate or
report required under this section shall be generated demonstrating
use of the Lean Six Sigma Method by the reporting entity.
