| 15 | 15 | SALVIA DIVINORUM. (a) A person commits an offense if the person, | |
| 16 | 16 | with criminal negligence, sells, delivers, or causes to be sold or | |
| 17 | 17 | delivered salvia divinorum, Salvinorin A, or a product containing | |
| 18 | 18 | salvia divinorum or Salvinorin A to another person. | |
| 19 | 19 | (b) An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor. | |
| 20 | 20 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2011. |
