| 9 | 9 | SECTION 1. Section 33.051, Election Code, is amended by | |

| 11 | 11 | (f) On accepting a watcher for service, the election officer | |
| 12 | 12 | shall provide the watcher with a form of identification, prescribed | |
| 13 | 13 | by the secretary of state, to be displayed by the watcher during the | |
| 14 | 14 | watcher's hours of service at the polling place. | |
| 15 | 15 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2013. |
