Kolkhorst, Chair, House Committee On Public Health      FROM: Ursula Parks, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB1782 by Davis, Sarah (Relating to the requirement that health care practitioners wear photo identification badges.), As Introduced    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend Chapter 112 of the Occupations Code, related to the requirement that health care practitioners wear photo identification badges. The Department of State Health Services indicates that any administrative costs associated with implementing the bill would be accomplished using existing resources.
